Global Operational Resources Group provides operational support and training for remote and wilderness medicine. Their employees have exceptional credentials and a wide variety of real-world experience from highly specialized fields including Special Forces. They are associated with the non-profit Center for Austere, Extreme, & Remote Medicine (CAERM) to offer you the finest and most unique certification programs in global remote, expedition, and independent duty medicine. These elite training programs in true remote, Third World, Fourth World, expedition, and disaster medicine begin where all others end.

Research shows that fast rescues have better outcomes. Strike Rescue’s focus is clear: we have taken the best ideas in rescue technology, constantly improved on them, and created the most effective systems approach in technical rescue.

Our training utilizes an evidence-based approach similar to how medical doctors are trained. This is not protocol-driven technical rescue. Rather, our training employs a basic skills set that the rescuer can then draw from depending on mission requirements. Our training is tailored to meet the unique needs of your team.

We sell the most efficient and up to date rescue equipment in our Strike Rescue Kits , saving you and your team time and money while ensuring the right equipment is there when needed. These kits are assembled by our rescue professionals, and every piece of equipment has been thoroughly considered and tested in application before being included. Kits are mission-ready when they arrive at your shipping address.

Our techniques are based on scientific research and experience, not dogma, which is the world-recognized standard. The evolution of rescue is here.
